Annual Soloists’ Competition Audition
This week in the Music Department we have been auditioning for the annual Soloists’ Competition. It has been wonderful to have so many entrants – more than 70! Auditions have been conducted across the Junior and Preparatory Schools, as well as the Secondary School. We will announce the lucky Finalists on Monday 14 March, with the Final to take place in the Orchestra Room at 6pm on Wednesday 16 March. We are very fortunate this year to have Ms Leigh Middenway as our external adjudicator. Leigh is a retired member of the Australian Chamber Orchestra and remains an active teacher and educator in Music.
