eSafety Week | Junior School
Throughout Week 8, Trinity Grammar’s Junior School has been learning how to use electronic devices safely. On Tuesday and Wednesday, Senior Constable Thomas Melia visited the Junior School and taught us about the dangers online and how to keep safe on the internet. He taught us about how fraud online is a serious offence, how to have a safe password and username by not sharing too much private information. He told us how to take photos without sharing too much information about yourself. This is extremely important as many hackers and scammers can find your personal data such as your location, hobbies or what school you go to and sell it online. Constable Melia also highlighted the importance of not going on apps if you do not meet the age limit. eSafety Week is a huge week for people to learn the risks of electronic devices and how to stay safe.
