Dear Parents,
Tomorrow is our last round of winter sport for Term 2. Fortunately, June has been drier than much of Autumn so all matches should proceed as per the TGS App.
There are three more rounds next term, with the first one back on Saturday, 23 July. The draw is up to date, also in the App under ‘Fixtures for the season’. Intra sport will change to Oz Tag for the remaining three weeks in Term 3 in the same position at Bressington Park. The boys will start training next week in preparation for the switch of sports.
There will be NO before school training in Week 9 for YEAR 6 Rugby or Football due to the North Coast Tour. The Rugby boys will have a light run on Monday lunch time with Mr Niulala. All other sessions will continue, weather permitting. These sessions will recommence on Wednesday, 20 July for Year 4 & 6 Football and the following Monday for Year 5 Football & Rugby.
The House Track & Field Carnival is on Tuesday, 26 July. It will be a Junior School Carnival held at the Warm Up Arena at Sydney Olympic Park. A note will come home regarding the event and travel arrangements in Week 1 of next term.
Well done to Nathan J. (6Yo) who qualified for the CIS U12s team in Cross Country last Wednesday at Motorsport Park.
