Australian Mathematics Competition
Dear Trinity Mathematicians,
This year’s Australian Mathematics Competition (AMC) will take place on Thursday 4 August 2022.
The competition is an engaging 30-problem competition that demonstrates the importance and relevance of mathematics in students’ everyday lives. Time allowed is 75 minutes for the secondary papers.
For Year 7 to 12 students:
If you are in the Accelerated programme or in a Year 7 Mathematics Honours class, you are automatically enrolled in this event. However, if you are not and would like to participate in this year’s AMC, please email Ms Cho (hcho@trinity.nsw.edu.au, include your class code and teacher name) by 10 June, 4pm. There are limited places and they will be allocated in the order emails are received.
