Thanks to the Auxiliary members for all of the events they have organised for the boys this year (food days, Movie Night, Walk-athon etc.) and financial contributions (events, JMF, Y6 shirts, Y6 farewell gifts)

Thank you to class parents for communicating effectively with parents on your grade.

Thank you to the Year 6 parents moving on from Junior School for your contribution over a number of years.

Thank you to Michelle and Amanda for their perseverance, enthusiasm and hard work as leaders of the Auxiliary over the past 3 years. Their efforts and support for the Junior School are greatly appreciated.

Movie Night was a great success

This year’s Obstacool course was the highest grossing ever

Mother’s Day and Father’s Day stalls successful – both sold out

Thank you to the auxiliary members for their support and hard work over the past 3 years. In particular, thanks to Marcia Lai and Kate Vickery.

Thank you also to the JS staff. The school team has been very helpful and cooperative .

AMANDA MACLEAN – AUXILIARY VICE PRESIDENT – END OF YEAR REPORT

Thanks to Mark and the school staff for all of their support over the years .

LIZ DINH – AUXILIARY TREASURER AND INCOMING PRESIDENT

Auxiliary funds – at the start of the year balance was $32,000 Current balance – $47,000

The biggest donation made this year by the auxiliary was to the JMF. Possible donation to a school project to be made next year.

Class/grade parents for next year confirmed.

Yr 6 dinner organised

Valedictory service to be held in the chapel. Morning tea in the quad. First events for next year – JSA Coffee catch up – new parents 3/2/23

– Movie night 10/3/23 Auction for Kindergarten Artwork raised $150

TryBooking – fees high for low price events, such as Gelato Day. School to investigate Co curricular cancellations – notification to be made earlier to parents where possible

Insite – new notification service to be implemented next year. It will allow for messages to be put on multiple platforms.

NEXT MEETING WILL BE THE JSA 2023 LAUNCH – THURSDAY 9th February 2023, ENVY CAFÉ, SUMMER HILL
