Auditions for the Denham Court Scholarship for 2022 will be held on Tuesday 16th November.  Best wishes to all applicants.

Concerto Competition

Thanks to the boys who have entered for the 2021 Concerto Competition. The Preparatory School has two students entered in the Infants Section and five students in the Junior section. Thanks for your commitment and we wish you well. The Finals will be held (live or online) in either weeks 7 or 8.  Further details to be advised by Dr McGregor to the boys selected to perform.

Theory of Music Certificates have been distributed to students in the last couple of weeks in acknowledgement of their work in the practical or theory of Music courses. Congratulations to these students who have sustained their music studies over the last few months.

Year 1 and 2 Strings Program and Year 4 Band Program

A reminder that as the Instrumental Staff are not able to be onsite at this time, all the Year and Year 2 Strings Program and the Year 4 Band Program will continue to be delivered online via either Seesaw or Canvas. I would encourage the students to continue to engage in these lessons as Ms Chan and Mrs Palmer have put a great deal of time and effort into ensuring this program can continue. Notification will be sent once there is a change in arrangements. In the short-term boys do not need to bring their instruments to school.
